On Monday when Garin got off duty he took me out for a surprise dinner out. We went to a restaurant called the "Icehouse" that is right beside the White Oak river in Swansboro. I discovered that I now like Grouper (I'm just now deciding that I want to like fish). We both had grouper actually...Garin's was grilled and mine was coated with something and then had a bacon burre blanc sauce on top...it was DELICIOUS! So I've decided I'm going to be a grouper groupie (har har).
